![]() It was very spacious and we had made the decision to upgrade from a Carson Tower room which was allocated by British Airways when we booked it. ![]() ![]() We stayed at the Golden Nugget for 10 nights, the room was exceptionally good for the money. You are also given water daily and all floors have ice machines and you have a large ice bucket you can. You are given a safe (easy to use) loads of toiletries, towels are changed daily as are the beds. Fremont street is very busy and noisy until late every night and you can just about hear it from the hotel room but there is nothing you can do about it (ear plugs are provided). There is a second pool which is up 2 flights of stairs and that is over 21's only although there aren't many children in the hotel. There is loads to do around the hotel and the pools are really good albeit not massive and there is constant service and tables to gamble on outside if you want that. Note that they do not provide any drink making facilities however we did take a travel kettle that they were fine with. In any event we had a kingsize bed, a large black leather corner suite. We did a bit of research and had seen photos that suggested the Carson Tower rooms are quite dated, when we rang the Nugget they confirmed this.
